Based at Manvers
lake near Wath this will be a fast standard distance race. The
cycle course uses a rolling rural 4 lap route as shown on the
course map. The run uses flat surfaced footpaths on a 2 lap route
around the lake area. This race will be a seperate wave in the
Dearne Valley triathlon open to the public. Details of the race
